Machining Services we Offer

We have an expansive workshop at our Silverstone premises. Here, products can be made to order or timber cut to size to suit your project.

We can advise on suitable materials and applications, as well as providing a complete range of in-house services. You can easily plan your next project using our handy Closeboard Calculator, Decking Calculator, and Post and Rail Calculator to get accurate measurements and material estimates.

We Offer the Following Services

• Post V-notching for arris rail or birds mouth
• Morticing – cutting a recess into a post to receive the end of a fence rail
• Planing – smoothing out all sides of timber
• Round topping posts for a smooth finish
• Post and Pole pointing for easy ground driving
• Cutting to length to suit your project requirements
• Arris Rail end shaping to suit a morticed post
• Unipole drilling
• Unipole chamfering
• Bespoke gate manufacturing

Please note that we will only machine timber purchased from us.
