Quotes stay valid for 30 days from date of quote given.
Quotes are subject to price updates/changes.
Bespoke orders are made to the information/specification given by the Buyer. It is the responsibility of the Buyer that the information provided is accurate and does not contain errors.
Any estimates provided by Linnell Bros of quantities required for a job are intended as guidelines only and the Buyer shall not rely on such estimates. The Buyer is solely responsible for ascertaining the proper quantities.
For a full refund, cancellation of delivery for stock items must only be made up to 24 hours prior to delivery date.
Cancellation of delivery for bespoke items cannot be made once production has started. Once production has begun for bespoke items, no refunds can be made.
The Buyer has a time period of 14 days to collect order from date of purchase, unless a date of collection has been specified by the Buyer or Linnell Bros.
If collection has not been made within the time period given. Linnell Bros will assume cancellation of order and products will be put back in stock. No refund will be made if we have not had confirmation of cancellation.
Changes to delivery date and address can be made up to 24 hours prior to original delivery date agreed.
The correct delivery address and instructions must be given by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
If the Buyer is not present to take delivery, Linnell Bros may unload the goods at the Buyer’s liability at the delivery site agreed.
The Buyer should ensure that a good hard surface on or near the delivery site and completely accessible by a good hard road is made available for delivery by Linnell Bros.
Linnell Bros reserves the right to refuse to deliver goods to sites considered at the sole discretion of the driver to be unsuitable and shall have no obligation to delivery if:
It believes it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so
The premises (or the access to them) are unsuitable for the delivery vehicle
Any damages or shortfalls to orders must be reported in writing or via phone to the main office within 2 days of order received.
Stock items can be returned to Linnell Bros site within the first 30 days from purchase. Subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
Goods must be as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery/collection.
The Buyer must have proof of receipt to return stock items.
