Please note that green oak is fresh sawn oak, which means it has been cut but not seasoned. It will have a higher moisture content than kiln dried or air dried oak. Green oak will start to dry out soon after it has been sawn meaning that it will move, with cracks and splits occurring. Therefore, green oak may not be suitable for all applications.

We deliver throughout the UK, usually within three working days on stocked items. We operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles ranging from 7.5T flatbeds to 26T 6-wheelers with HIAB cranes.
All of our timber can be pressure treated using eco-friendly Tanalith preservatives which contain no copper chromic arsenic or other toxic substances. This treatment protects our wood from decay and insect infestation, so whatever the project, you know that you’re protected.
